I ship to the address provided via PayPal or Stripe. Please ensure it is correct and up to date. I am not responsible for packages delivered to the incorrect address if that is the address I receive. I will always work with you to get your pretty into your hands.
I ship via the USPS. I provide the tracking number (if applicable) once the item is shipped. Insurance can be added upon request via checkout.
If a package is not received and insurance was purchased, I will do my best to replace (if possible) or offer a full refund. If insurance was not purchased, a replacement (if possible) will be offered at a 50% discount. A full refund will not be offered.
The USPS' insurance does not provide protection for packages marked "delivered". I will contact them for the GPS coordinates. Before a refund is issued, a report must be filed with the USPS, and, if applicable, the buyer's local police department. Buyer is expected to reasonably cooperate with any investigation.
I do ship internationally. I put the correct amount of the purchase on all customs paperwork. If you ask me to lower the amount or to commit fraud on the forms, I will be forced to cancel your order.
You, as the buyer, are responsible for all customs and VAT taxes and fees. It is illegal for me to pay these. Please know the policies for your country before purchasing. Thank you.
I do try to be eco friendly when possible. This means sometimes I use items such as newspaper or recycled wrapping paper in the packing procedure.
I offer a 7 day return policy from time of receipt of package. After 7 days, returns are no longer allowed. Item must be returned in the same (new) condition and in my possession before a refund is initiated. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and must be sent in the same manner as received. For example, if the package was sent to you with insurance, it must be returned with insurance.
If an item is received and is potentially damaged, it is upon the buyer to contact us within 7 days of receipt. Photos showing the actual damage must be sent upon request. If said photos are not received within 48 hours of the photo request, the buyer forfeits any claim to a refund.
All deposits on custom orders are non-refundable.
Cancellations are not allowed on custom orders. If a cancellation is approved, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from any applicable refunds.
